  • Will is a designer who has been working alongside celebrated urbanist Lew Oliver since 2015 to create meaningful and beautiful communities across the United States. He currently serves as Vice President for CNU Atlanta.

Liz Treadwell

FUNDRAISING, EXEC BOARD

  • Liz married her sales background and communications education with her love of design to coordinate projects, curate marketing content, and lead exterior finishes for the internationally acclaimed town planning and design firm Lew Oliver Inc. Liz's passion for the built environment and citizen empowerment grows daily.

Katherine O'Neil

OPERATIONS, EXEC BOARD

  • Katherine, the founder of Builtfully, is a designer with a master's degree in urban design and city planning who is passionate about creating beautifully built environments that connect people with places. She currently serves on the Beverly Main Streets Design Committee and chairs the Beverly Creative Connection, co-starting a community event series.

  • Matthew is co-founder and CBO at New Story, an affordable housing developer in LATAM and passionate about traditional neighborhood development in his backyard.

Kathleen Ustas

  • Kathleen holds a finance degree from Northeastern University and has gained valuable experience as a real estate analyst on a fix & flip and development team in Massachusetts. She is an active member of the board for the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art New England Chapter and is the founder of the New Vitruvians. Kathleen is passionate about promoting beautiful and lasting design in the built environment.

Jack Duncan

EXEC BOARD

  • Jack works at the intersection of preservation, the building arts, architecture, and urbanism to help revive the knowledge and vision that once made cities thrive. Trained at Notre Dame and the College of Charleston, he teaches students how historic patterns and craft can guide the creation of places that are humane, walkable, and full of life.

Cole Wagner

  • Cole is a historic research specialist at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, where he supports the design work of the firm through precedent and business development research, the creation of academic lectures on architecture and architectural history, and the administration of the RAMSA Prize and Fellowship. He previously worked as a research assistant for Prof. Barry Bergdoll, former curator of design at MoMA, and as a site administrator for Douglas Elliman Real Estate. He is a graduate of the inaugural Lets Build a Beautiful City summer school by INTBAU Netherlands and holds degrees from Columbia University and the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, UCL.
