  • Will is a registered architect who has been working alongside celebrated urbanist Lew Oliver since 2015 to create meaningful and beautiful communities across the United States. He currently serves as Vice President for CNU Atlanta.

Liz Treadwell

  • Liz married her sales background and communications education with her love of design to coordinate projects, curate marketing content, and lead exterior finishes for the internationally acclaimed town planning and design firm Lew Oliver Inc. Liz's passion for the built environment and citizen empowerment grows daily.

Katherine O'Neil

OPERATIONS, EXEC BOARD

  • Katherine, the founder of Builtfully, is a designer with a master's degree in urban design and city planning who is passionate about creating beautifully built environments that connect people with places. She currently serves on the Beverly Main Streets Design Committee and chairs the Beverly Creative Connection, co-starting a community event series.

Matthew Marshall

  • Matthew is co-founder and CBO at New Story, an affordable housing developer in LATAM and passionate about traditional neighborhood development in his backyard. He currently serves on the Board for CNU Atlanta.

Kathleen Ustas

EXEC BOARD

  • Kathleen holds a finance degree from Northeastern University and has gained valuable experience as a real estate analyst on a fix & flip and development team in Massachusetts. She is an active member of the board for the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art New England Chapter and is the founder of the New Vitruvians. Kathleen is passionate about promoting beautiful and lasting design in the built environment.
